Olen KRI-sertifioitu kundaliinijoogaopettaja (Yogalafontaine) sekä sertifioitu shaktitanssi -opettaja (Shaktidance -academy). Opetan SoulGardenilla torstaisin kundaliinijoogaa ja shaktilow- tunteja. Noin kerran kuussa ohjaan shaktitanssia ja vaihtelevia teematunteja.. HoivaGardenilla teen kuumakivihierontaa.

Oona Pajuluoma
Kehoonasi tarjoaa palveluita kehollisuuden odottajille & synnyttäneille sekä vauvoille. Kohderyhmänä kuitenkin laajalti kaikki, jotka kaipaavat syvempää yhteyttä omaan kehoon ja mieleen. Koulutukseltani olen fysioterapeutti AMK sekä Sertifioitu Doula, rentoutusohjaaja & WHO:n imetysohjaaja.

Anneli Kupari
Olen valmistunut Anne Nuotion astangajoogaopettajakoulutuksesta (200 h) ja Suomen joogaliiton opettajakoulutuksen (SJL joogaohjaaja 500 + h). Olen suorittanut myös restoratiivisen joogan ohjaajakoulutuksen (Kirsi Saivosalmi) sekä Yin joogan ohjaajakoulutuksen (ZEN studio Malaga, 30 h). Lisäksi olen äänimaljarentoutusohjaaja. Ohjaan SoulGardenilla kerran kuussa restoratiivisen yinin.

Olen kundaliinijoogaopettaja, valmistuin vuonna 2018. Samana
vuonna kävin äänimaljahoitaja koulutuksen Kirkkonummen Enkelikartanolla ja myöhemmin 2023 kävin
SOUNDFUL YIN® -JOOGA koulutuksen myös Enkelikartanossa.
Ohjaan Soulgardenilla Sounfull yiniä ja dynaamista kundaliinijoogaa tiistaisin.

Jenna is a present, safe and intuitive guide who walks with you towards a deeper connection to yourself – to your body, your emotions and your authentic being. She works with a gentle body and offers versatile services at Soulgarden, combining a psychophysical approach, emotional processes and tantra.
The range of services includes, among others:

Emotional workshops: We explore emotions such as anger and shame in greater depth – their manifestation, meaning and liberating power. These workshops create a safe space to face even difficult emotions physically and together with others.

Mindful Breathing – A Path to Deeper Self-Knowledge:
This workshop is based on psychophysical breathing therapy. The work does not teach proper breathing techniques, but guides you to observe your own breathing and its connections to emotions and thoughts. The exercises support self-regulation, recovery, and mental calm. I Feel Like Me – Body awareness, self-compassion and strengthening boundaries
I Feel Like Me is a journey towards a deeper connection with your body, emotions and your inner self. The work offers a peaceful and accepting space to explore your own body relationship, strengthen self-compassion and learn to recognize and set boundaries – listening to your own needs and your own rhythm.-
Tantra workshops: Tantra Jenna teaches is not a technique, but a way of facing life – physically, sensually and with the heart. The workshops offer an opportunity to explore the connection with oneself and others, with deep honesty and presence.

Belkys Barrios
I am a personal trainer and nutrition coach, and I support women to build strength, confidence, and a healthy relationship with exercise. I believe that exercise should feel supportive, not burdensome – and that taking care of your body's well-being always comes before over-challenging yourself.
At SoulGarden, I teach strength and functional training, group exercise, and dance cardio with Latin rhythms. My classes focus on making women feel strong, capable, and energized. I create a safe and supportive space where they can move without pressure, comparison, or guilt.
My services include, among others:
Strength and functional training
Classes build comprehensive strength, mobility and body awareness through functional movements. The goal is to support everyday functioning, increase confidence in movement and help women feel strong in their own bodies.
Dance cardio with Latin rhythms
These classes combine energetic movement, music and joy. Dance cardio helps you release stress, develop endurance and enjoy moving to the rhythm of Latin rhythms.
I also have experience in pregnancy and postpartum coaching and nutritional guidance, which enables me to support women at different stages of life in a comprehensive and understanding way.
My purpose is simple: to help women feel stronger, more confident, and more at home in their own bodies.
